5800 Truck Scale...

The Air-Weigh scale system converts air pressure from the truck and trailer air suspension to very accurate on-the ground-weight. The more weight on the vehicle, the more air pressure is required to support and maintain the vehicle ride height. The in cab display allows the operator to monitor the load and weight distribution while loading or hooking up to a loaded trailer.

Steer and drive axles are displayed on the in cab display but if your unit hooks up to a trailer fitted with an Air-Weigh trailer scale the steer, drive & trailer axles are displayed automatically along with GVW and payload. Maximize your fleet potential with Air-Weigh load management.

5802 Trailer Scale...

Using the 5802 Truck Scale, the operator immediately knows if the trailer has been loaded correctly. Most weighbridges only allow you to weigh your vehicle GVW, but how does your driver know that the trailer load is distributed correctly. Simply check the Air-Weigh trailer display mounted on the side of the chassis.

Each trailer scale includes its own functional keypad for calibration and axle alarm settings on the LCD weight display screen. The trailer axle weights are always displayed even if the prime mover is not equipped with an onboard scale. Once calibrated when the trailer hooks up to a prime mover equipped with Air-Weigh scales, the trailer system automatically transmits the trailer axle weight data to the Air-Weigh in cab display, giving the operator total load weight distribution by displaying, steer, drive, trailer axle weights along with GVW and payload.

5808 & 5817 Rigid Chassis Scale...

This system has been developed for rigid chassis and is widely used on municipal vehicles such as refuse collection, skip, hook loader, front end loader and tankers. Because the 5800 range is modular most suspension configurations can be adopted, air front and rear, front mechanical with rear air on the drive or mechanical front and rear.

Steer and drive axles of the vehicle are displayed along with the GVW, and payload. From the alarm menu an audible alarm can alert when axle overload approaches or target load is reached, alternatively this information can be used to shut down a compaction system when GVW is reached as overload protection.

5819 Tipping Trailer Payload Scale...

The payload scale represents a major breakthrough in onboard weighing technology and price.

Demand for low cost reliable scales has increased in the tipping trailer market. The payload scale operates by installing sensors in the trailer air suspension combined with a sensor in the front hoist. The trailer display requires no separate housing and is simply attached to the side of the trailer in a position for easy viewing, an audible alarm comes as standard to alert when target load is reached. An optional in cab display is available.

As with all Air-Weigh truck and trailer scales when the trailer hooks up to a prime mover equipped with Air-Weigh scales the payload weight is automatically transmitted to the in cab display.
